The Wheel Experience
This two hour class is designed for people who have never used a potter's wheel and would like to "give it a spin." It is a fun experience for individuals or groups who are looking for something fun and unique to do for a couple of hours. It is also the only class in which we allow young adults to participate.
The workshop is designed so individuals who are interested in wheel thrown pottery can get some experience without committing to a multi-week pottery class. We provide everything you need to make something on the potter's wheel: tools, clay and instruction. All you need to do is wear clothes and shoes that you can get dirty.
We will finish and fire one piece per person in the glaze of your choice. Work will be finished and ready for you to pick up in approximately 2 weeks.
Minimum Age: Children must be 13+ years old and must be accompanied by an adult. Limit of 2 children be adult.
If you prefer a class without children, please consider our Clay Dates. You do not need to be romantically involved to join that class.

The following rates only apply to Wheel Experience classes other than those scheduled above. We need at least 2 participants to schedule a class.

Group Discounts
6 - 10 people: $50 per person
Available when you pay for the entire group at the time of registration.

Restrictions/Rules
- The workshop cost must be paid in full when you register.
- The workshop cost is non-refundable. If Fired Up Studios cancels the class, we will refund your payment in full.
- Minimum age: 13
- Wear clothes that you can get dirty, this includes shoes.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 1 week prior to your date. We will reschedule once at no additional cost. There are no refunds if you cannot reschedule.
